Valentine’s Day is not just for people in relationships, or those with a boo or bae. It’s not just for married folk either. Valentine’s Day is a universal celebration and acknowledgment of love.
I created Spiritual Love Week as a way to highlight that love is universal and inclusive.
I’m not getting into the history of the day or how it came about, but because everyone is focused on one thing, it’s a powerful day for LOVE!
Not everyone has pleasant holidays. The holiday season starts in November and for someone who is grieving or struggling, they may have to endure months of feeling down and out about the holidays. I have been there before. It was not easy transitioning to life without my daughter. In fact, I hated holidays for quite a while.
I made Holiday Cheer for that exact reason. It’s a blend of essential oils to help boost your mood and put some joy back into your life.
If you are someone who isn’t feeling the love, that’s okay. Honor yourself and your emotions. Let yourself feel, but also allow yourself to LOVE YOURSELF.
