November is coming to a close and I had a lot of time to rest and reflect this month.
Most of this time has served me to release what isn’t working and things I feel resistance to. It’s not always easy to stop doing something. You may feel like a failure, or worry about what others will say.
Doing something new, isn’t always easy but it definitely doesn’t have to be hard. It starts with you realizing this isn’t it. When you start to realize something doesn’t feel good, it doesn’t flow or fit.
That realization opens up the space for you to explore alternatives. What I see happening a lot with my clients, is they don’t explore alternatives or worse they don’t realize when things aren’t working for them.
If you are living life and feel that it’s just a struggle and that’s what life is, just going through life tolerating. That’s not empowered living!
I’m here to tell you there is more to you, there is more to life and it can be something that you love!
For months, I have been feeling a disconnect within my work and I couldn’t put my finger on it. I just knew the business I built wasn’t a true reflection of me.
Having time to explore my passion and what the core of my work was about led me to two words: Love and Healing. This is the essence of my work, but most importantly who I am and I didn’t feel that was reflected in the services I had.
The part of my work that truly lets me play is Tarot, Bodywork or Energy Healing, and working with oils and herbs. Coaching is a part of all those different things. I naturally provide support and guidance, but I didn’t want coaching to be the “main thing”.
Having the word ‘Coach’ in my site and title confused people that were looking for healing, so I decided that The Spiritual Love Healer, was more resonate with my work and who I am.
Over the next few weeks, I will be transitioning my site, social media, and brand to reflect this slight shift. Names and words are so powerful, because as soon as I claimed this space, everything became easy and just flows in a way that feels good to me.
What does this mean to you? I will still have the same content, it will just be more aligned with what I do and who I am, plus there will be a different address. My logo and some other small changes can be expected too. I’m really excited and can’t wait to settle in my new virtual space.
