Looking over the past year can give you a lot of insight. You can see where you grew as a person and discover areas where more focus is needed. Normally as the year winds down I do a review. I look at different areas of my life and see where I can make adjustments.
I have different periods throughout the year where I analyze progress and make any needed adjustments. This is something that you can use in your life too. Checking in with yourself periodically can keep you on track to meet your goals and it really helps you connect with yourself. Try using review questions to go a little deeper.
As I look back over the last year, I am amazed at everything I have learned, completed, and overcame. 2015 was monumental, this year was amazing. I have made a huge shift in my life and I am looking forward to seeing everything that the New Year has to offer.

What Goals Did I Achieve?
I was able to continue blogging. I obtained my Master Coach certification! I think for me the biggest thing was not giving up on the vision that I had for Positive Forward Movement and taking the steps to really step into my role. This year a lot was done in the background to help me align my passion with my business. Next year it will all come together!
What Am I Most Proud Of?
I’ve had a very complex year! I’m proud of staying focused on what matters most, my girls and my business.
What Didn’t Go According to Plan?
Where do I begin! Lol, I’ve lost a few friends along the way, but connected with an old friend. I did get stuck and had to work through impostor syndrome and really had to step back from absorbing so much information.
What Do I Need To Do More Of?
I need more travel and fun. I definitely need more video content and action.
What Do I Need Less Of?
Work. I worked a lot this year. Stressful people, drama, and uncertainty.
How Did This Year Feel?
This was my favorite question. This year felt freeing. There were a lot of changes, a few obstacles, and a lot of growth. As the year comes to an end, I feel free. Free to walk into 2017 with a clear mind and focus. Free to be who I am and free to do the things that I love. I let go of a lot of baggage and am happy to leave it behind in 2016. This was a transformational year as I got serious in my business and made some life changing decisions in my own personal life.
